Does Tiram work in Tamil?
Yes. Tiram ships a full English and Tamil interface with per-user language switching, and prints Tamil-friendly thermal receipts where the printer setup supports it. More Indian languages are rolling out.
Can I use Tiram offline, without internet?
Yes. Besides the cloud web app, Tiram has an offline desktop app for Windows and Mac that keeps billing running during power cuts and patchy internet, with automatic local backups.
Does Tiram support thermal receipt printers?
Yes — 58mm and 80mm ESC/POS thermal printing plus A4, with a bill-format gallery. Browser printing works too, so you can start without any special hardware.
Can Tiram track stock across multiple warehouses?
Yes, on the Gold plan and above. Track stock by store, warehouse, vehicle, or branch, move it with one-tap transfers, and get low-stock reorder alerts.
Can I move my data from Tally, Vyapar, or Excel?
Yes. Tiram imports products, customers, and opening stock from CSV or Excel, so you can migrate from Tally, Vyapar, KhataBook, or spreadsheets without re-keying everything.
Is Tiram only for India, or can global businesses use it?
Tiram is GST-ready and India-first, but its tax engine is configurable for VAT (EU/GCC) and US sales tax, so businesses with branches outside India can use it too.
