Terms of Service

To use the Service, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials
• Restricting access to your Account to authorized users
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
• Updating your account information to keep it accurate

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or a legally authorized business entity
• You have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or your business
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GST, income tax, and data protection laws
• Your use of the Service is for lawful purposes only

Subscription plans and pricing are as displayed on the Service or pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Fees are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually based on your chosen plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on the billing date. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors.

All prices exclude applicable GST and other taxes. GST will be added to your invoice as per Indian tax regulations. You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by your jurisdiction.

If we offer a free trial, you may use the Service free of charge for the specified trial period. At the end of the trial, your Account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including GST and income tax laws
• Create invoices, receipts, or compliance documents with false or misleading information
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in business transactions
• Access or use the Service with intent to disable, overburden, or impair it
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools or bots to access or scrape the Service
• Transmit obscene, harassing, threatening, or abusive content
• Infringe intellectual property rights or violate third-party interests
• Spam, phish, or send unsolicited communications

You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including GST compliance, income tax laws, and data protection regulations in India.

You retain all ownership rights to your Business Data. The Company does not claim ownership of your invoices, customer records, inventory data, or other Business Data you create using the Service.

By uploading or storing Business Data in the Service, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Process, store, and maintain your Business Data
• Use your Business Data to provide, improve, and develop the Service
• Create aggregated, anonymized analytics and insights

The Company maintains regular backups of all Business Data. You may export or download your Business Data at any time through the Service or by requesting it from our support team.

While the Company implements security measures to prevent data loss, you acknowledge that we are not liable for accidental or unauthorized loss of your Business Data unless caused solely by our gross negligence. We recommend maintaining separate backups of critical data.

All content, features, functionality, software, and materials comprising the Service — including the UI, algorithms, code, and documentation — are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Service or its content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or benchmarking
• Sublicense or transfer your rights to the Service

The Company warrants that the Service will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not warrant that the Service is:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs
• Fit for your specific business needs or purposes
• Compliant with all statutory or regulatory requirements
• Compatible with all third-party systems or software

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

While the Service is designed to assist with GST compliance and invoicing, the Company does not warrant that the Service will ensure complete compliance with all GST, income tax, or other regulatory requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring your business remains compliant with applicable laws.

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's Confidential Information and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or received from a third party without confidentiality obligations.

This Agreement begins when you create an Account and continues until terminated by either party.

You may terminate your Account and subscription at any time by providing written notice to tiram.business@gmail.com. No refunds will be issued for partial months unless otherwise specified in the subscription plan.

We may terminate or suspend your Account if you:

• Violate this Agreement or applicable laws
• Fail to pay fees for more than 30 days after due date
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Repeatedly violate the Acceptable Use Policy
• Create or maintain invoices with false information

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases
• Your Business Data may be retained for 30 days and then deleted (unless required by law)
• You remain responsible for payment of all outstanding Fees
• Provisions that survive termination remain in effect

The Company may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you. Your continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
