Low-stock alerts and reorder suggestions in Tiram

Quick answer

Set a reorder level on any product in Tiram, and once its stock falls to or below that level, it's flagged automatically in three places — a Low-stock SKUs count on your dashboard, a 'Reorder before you run out' priority card, and a dedicated Reorder Suggestions report showing the exact shortfall per warehouse. It's included on every Tiram plan.

1

Workflow step

Setting a reorder level

On any product's form, a Reorder level field lets you set the stock quantity at which you want to be alerted — below that, Tiram treats the product as low on stock. It can also be set in bulk via CSV import alongside other product data.

2

Workflow step

Where low stock shows up

Once a product's on-hand quantity reaches or falls below its reorder level, it appears in three places at once: a Low-stock SKUs count on the main dashboard, a 'Reorder before you run out' card in the What's Up priority feed with a direct link to the reorder list, and the dedicated Reorder Suggestions report.

3

Workflow step

Reading the reorder suggestions report

Reports → Reorder Suggestions lists every SKU at or below its reorder level, per warehouse, with the exact shortfall (reorder level minus current stock) — plus summary tiles for the largest shortfalls, total items needing reorder, and how many warehouses are affected. It's built for a quick 'what do I need to order today' pass before calling vendors.

Which Tiram plan includes low-stock alerts?

Reorder levels, the dashboard low-stock count, the What's Up priority card, and the full Reorder Suggestions report are included on every Tiram plan — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — it's an operational report, not part of the paid Insights analytics tier.
