Customer account statements in Tiram: the free ledger vs the Gold+ report

Every customer's profile in Tiram shows a free running ledger — invoices, payments, and credit notes with a balance after each — on every plan, including Silver. A richer standalone Customer Statement report inside the Insights tab, with charts, KPIs, and period comparisons, requires Gold or Platinum, and bulk statement export across many customers or vendors at once is a separate, also Gold+, capability.

The free customer ledger
Open any customer's profile to see their Credit ledger — every invoice, payment, credit note, credit-limit change, and hold/release event, each with the amount it changed the balance by and the resulting running balance. It's always on, on every plan, with no date-range picker needed since it shows the full history.

The standalone Customer Statement report
Inside Reports → Insights, the Customer Statement report goes considerably further for one customer at a time: a date-range filter, a balance-trajectory chart over time, a purchase-trend chart, an aging breakdown, a payment-mode mix, period-over-period comparison, and KPIs like credit utilization, lifetime value, average order value, average days to pay, and on-time payment percentage. It's reachable only from Gold and Platinum — a Silver account trying to open this specific report is redirected, even though the underlying customer-ledger data is exactly the same data source.

Bulk statement export, across many customers or vendors
Reports → Bulk statement generates a statement for up to 200 customers or vendors at once, over a period of up to 24 months, as XLSX (one sheet per entity), PDF, or CSV. The page itself is browsable on every plan, but the actual download buttons only appear from Gold and Platinum — useful for a CA handoff or a periodic reconciliation across your whole customer base at once, rather than one customer at a time.
